What happens next?

/01

Telephone Call

If you’re shortlisted for the next stage, based on your CV and email, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to speak on the telephone. This pre-interview usually lasts between 10 and 20 minutes. We will double check you meet the minimum requirements for the role, and your right to work in the UK. You will have the opportunity to ask questions about the role.

/02

Online Assessment

If you pass our telephone call requirements, we will send you a link to complete an online assessment that measures how well your behaviours, values and motivations match up to the job you’ve applied for. This will take between 8 and 10 minutes to complete and you should answer truthfully. You’ll need to finish this assessment before you can move to the next stage of the application process.

/03

Teams Interview

Once your online assessment is complete, and you match the job requirements, we will invite you to a video interview with our Talent Acquisition consultant. This will be carried out on Microsoft Teams. You will not need to install teams for this, but you will need to ensure you have a good, stable wifi signal. During this interview you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the role, and explain why you believe the job is the right one for you.

Assessment Day

If you pass Stage 3, you’ll be invited to an assessment day in our London office. Before the day, we’ll send you a guide on how to prepare, so nothing should surprise you.

The assessment day will include a full face-to-face interview with two managers lasting 60 minutes, a basic numerical and verbal online assessment, an overview of how a recruitment desk operates followed by 45 minutes where we will ask you to practice making telephone calls (don’t panic – they won’t be to real clients). During the main interview we will ask you to provide specific examples from your current or previous jobs of how you have dealt with certain situations. We will analyse your answers to those questions to predict how you might perform in the job you’ve applied for.

The day will end with a review meeting, usually lasting around 10-15 minutes, where you’ll have the opportunity to ask any final questions.

The Decision

If you’re successful at the Assessment Day, we will contact you to give you the good news, and follow up with a formal offer letter on email. We will also ask you to provide 2 references along with contact details (job or character). If you’re not successful we’ll also let you know and provide constructive feedback.
