Location: Fully Onsite – Moorgate (EC2A 4LU)

Compensation:

• Base Salary: £25,000 (Year 1 OTE: Up to £35,000, Year 2 OTE: Up to £65,000)
• Commission based on performance and targets.

The Role:

No experience? No problem. Every top billing consultant started where you are now. From your first day, you’ll be guided by one of our most successful consultants, gaining practical, on-the-job experience. Our industry-leading Learning and Development (L&D) program is tailored specifically for you, combining hands-on learning with structured training that covers everything from sourcing candidates and navigating the recruitment process to mastering market knowledge, negotiation, and contract placements.

Your Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing & Screening: Unearth top-tier healthcare talent using innovative sourcing strategies.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to job offer negotiation.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, positioning yourself as their go-to advisor.
• Networking: Attend client meetings and industry events to expand your network and generate new business opportunities.
• Deal Closing: Match candidates with their dream roles and earn commission for your success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales (B2B, B2C, SDR, D2D, BDR, Account Management) is highly desirable.
• Education: A 2:1 degree or higher is preferred but not essential.
• Competitive Edge: Background in competitive sports is a plus.
• Target Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Proactive Mindset: Self-driven, with a hunger for success.
• Team Player: Strong collaborative instincts to thrive in a team environment.
